Comment (by realityexists):

 Error 400 is fixed, but I still get a blank page for some links. Eg. go to
 https://maps.google.com/?ll=40.778462,-103.095703&spn=1.1418,1.782532&t=m&z=9
 and click on "North Sterling State Park", then "1 review". A new tab opens
 with no content. With HTTPS-E disabled it loads successfully.
