 This sounds like a pretty neat feature. If/when it is implemented I would
 like to also request that any bug numbers mentioned in the changelog or
 list of features/changes is automatically turned into the trac ticket
 link.

 TBB 3.0 has a single changelog in a relatively predictable location that
 is associated with tagged versions which are themselves in
 TBBRecommendedVersions, so that's a good starting point:

 I think that it is comprehensive in that it shows what changed and got
 fixed, but I am not sure about displaying it to users automatically in its
 current form: it's pretty technical and while informative perhaps not
 persuasive to a general (non- or slightly-technical) audience. So it
 passes on the "single place to point to" but I don't know if it tells
 enough people ''why'' they want the newer TBB.
