 I've been adding hashes or keys for the packages that are downloaded. One
 of these is Twisted, which has a signed sha512sums file:
  * https://twistedmatrix.com/Releases/twisted-13.1.0-shasums.txt
 However it seemed complicated to verify such a hash in `fetch-inputs.sh`,
 so I left it with a `TWISTED_HASH`.
