 As of now, TorBirdy requires a user has Tor installed, or available
 through the TBB. We should integrate Tor (and related required components)
 and start shipping them with TorBirdy so that it can function as a
 standalone product/extension. This involves two steps:

 1. Getting Tor and the related components from the TBB and just packaging
 them with TorBirdy.
 2. Integrating [https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-launcher.git tor-
 launcher] to work with TorBirdy, as we won't be shipping Vidalia once tor-
 launcher comes out.

 We should do this for all platforms we support.

 Note: We can distribute binary components with the TorBirdy extension
 through Mozilla Add-ons, though this will (may?) delay the review process.
