Comment:

 Ok, I added a paragraph to the proxy obedience and state separation
 sections describing how we disable system extensions and eliminate the xpi
 whitelist (which doesn't seem to affect the addons pane, so I filed #8493
 for that). I also fixed the typo and improved the exploit/physical access
 attack section a bit more.

 I didn't do anything about the 0007 patch because it's a wart on top of a
 wart and I want it to die as soon as we get rid of Vidalia as our launcher
 (which is hopefully soon). It's also currently broken, so if we do end up
 needing to keep it, it needs to be rewritten anyways (#8350).

 The design doc date with these changes will be March 15.
