 The homepage.html is terrible and i just scraped my earlier page of
 check.torproject.org. Effectively, I think we need a quick html hack that
 just displays a red or green onion as expected and perhaps has links to
 every language on check.torproject.org.

 We could also probably use this as an opportunity to put in a duckduckgo
 or startpage search box as some kind of easy partnership. Why not? Users
 expect a home page that does something useful and they uh, expect to see
 it when they open the browser.

 This should also improve perception of latency. Tor is already feeling
 slow for a lot of people - we could also launch Tor Browser and Vidalia at
 the same time, rather than sequentially with such a home page.
