 mcs: Cool. I don't suppose you have a list of the exes and versions you
 used to build TBB on Windows? I assume your build actually works and
 doesn't crash?

 Tom Ritter and I both tried to follow the windows.txt instructions and ran
 into multiple distinct issues during either compilation or the resulting
 build.
