Comment(by phoul):

 After rereading, I can see how it could be considered accurate in the
 "bridge vs normal relay" context. However, this was brought up by a user
 on RT who thought it was suggesting running something other than an exit
 relay.

 I am not attached to the proposed fix, but it may be worth rewording since
 it seems somewhat unclear.
