 When requesting bridges from bridges.tpo with the Tor Browser, the error
 below occurs.

 <type 'exceptions.TypeError'>: hmac_fn() takes exactly 1 argument (3
 given)

 This seems to only happen with the Tor Browser. I was able to successfully
 request bridges using both FF22 & Iceweasel 17.0.7.
