 There could be utility in a web list, file/repo with all the
 OpenPGP keys of the various TPO principals and associateds.

 Initial thought was to link beside the names here:
 https://www.torproject.org/about/corepeople.html.en
 https://www.torproject.org/about/board.html.en

 The result herein might also include other contact
 preferences and or hangouts: email, voip, irc, etc

 A possible question being answered would be:
 How does one who is not currently networked with TPO
 contact TPO, or any given TPO role/person, securely
 from the start.

 Some orgs maintain personal keys as usual, then create
 time limited role keys for use by their subgroups (officers,
 workers, etc).

 [As 'Component: Website' as there's no item for TPO itself,
 (Company and Tor seemed vague)]
