#8119: TBB Mac browser builds do not have omni.ja

 While working on #3944, Mark and I realized that the Mac browser does not
 include the omni.ja file.  Windows and Linux builds do include the omni.ja
 file so this is a Mac-specific issue.

 The presence of this file improves performance.  See
 https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
 US/docs/Mozilla/About_omni.ja_%28formerly_omni.jar%29

 It is created during the packaging step of the Firefox build process,
 which means we need to run a command like this from the top of the Mozilla
 source tree:
   make -f client.mk package

 Please reassign, prioritize, etc.
