Comment:
We have a Mumble server up at Ostel.co that we have been testing with
Mumble client with ForceTCP mode and SOCSK5 proxying. We also are testing
with CELT and OPUS codecs in the 8k-12kbps range.
So far, the results are usable, but with noticeable delay of 3-5 seconds
from speaking to when the rest of the participants hear you.
We are also testing with Plumble, an Android client which also supports
ForceTCP mode and can be proxied using Orbot transparent proxying. We have
an open ticket to get "Orbot mode" built into the app:
 https://github.com/Morlunk/Plumble/issues/60
