 TOR network in IRAN/Tehran. It used to be working just yesterday . But
 today seems it is stuck in this

 step according to the LOG Files:

     25% Loading Network Stats Consensus

 according to TOR's Status:

     Loading Network Status

 is there any way to solve this problem ?
 Even bridges doesn't work.
