 The content over this page: https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ fails to
 load when HTTPS Everywhere is enabled.

 Only the non-https version displays content correctly (when HTTPS
 Everywhere is disabled).

 Using Chrome 23.0.1271.97 and HTTPS Everywhere 2012.12.17
