Comment:

 Actually, I just noticed that ping.fm redirects to seesmic.com which
 defaults to https even without https everywhere.

 ping.fm was shutdown earlier this year, and since they didn't renew the
 certificate, I think the ruleset should be removed from https-everywhere.
