 Some progress:

  - Started parsing consensuses, ran into #7866, will resume once that one
 is resolved.
  - Completed relay server descriptors, only issues were `"reject6"` lines
 (`"unrecognized descriptor content: ['reject6 [::1]/8:*']"`) which were
 never in dir-spec.txt and apparently will never be.  Considering this
 done.
  - Relay extra-info descriptors will be next.
