Comment:

 This bug is going to be hard for me to fix.  Can you propose a patch for
 the particular things that are breaking for you?

 In particular, the fact that you can manually change "https" to "http" in
 the case of blogs.yandex.ru means that HTTPS Everywhere ''isn't'' forcing
 TLS for that domain.
