 Weird. The one with two bridges in the .torrc gives me:

 Jan 01 10:44:26.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 100%: Done.
 Jan 01 12:29:06.000 [notice] No circuits are opened. Relaxed timeout for a
 circuit with channel state open to 60000ms. However, it appears the
 circuit has timed out anyway. 4 guards are live.

 Four guards? What's up with that? I've only got two bridges.
