 I can reproduce this on a mostly clean Windows XP 32bit VM. Tor Browser
 crashes on every attempt to drag and drop a file onto it. It just closes,
 no entries in the Windows Event Log.

 It does NOT crash when I run tbb-firefox.exe directly, creating a new user
 profile -- which suddenly is possible again. I have reopened #4192.
