Comment:

 Tentatively assigning a component.

 We're probably going to need more information to figure this one out.
 Other people are able to use .onion sites okay, so we need to figure out
 how your Tor installation, or your network, or your computer, is
 different. Anybody have any ideas for tracking this one down?
