 Thanks! Adding the developers of that patch to assign/Cc.

 mcs/brade - Do you think you could look into this at some point? I think
 the hours can be counted under your #6564 work. It might also make sense
 to change the error and logging of GetFirstPartyURI first as we discussed
 in email to help make diagnosing this easier? (Heads up: I am about to
 merge a minor fix to the image cache patch to maint-2.4 in the next day or
 two).
