 Emm....

 I think don't directly redirect it to google.com.hk

 Because you can visit translate and shopping service via www.google.cn

 And http://translate.google.cn , http://www.google.cn/shihui should not be
 redirected.

 Maybe stop redirect www.google.cn this url to https is a better choice
 only.
