 Respectfully, I'd like to know why this package has been initially missing
 from the repo's dist package list for at least the four most recent Ubuntu
 releases (see Raring: #8959, Quantal: #7683, Precise: #5854), and why a
 bug apparently needs to be filed with every new Ubuntu release to remind
 you to include this package with the other packages.

 Automating a permanent fix for this issue surely requires only a one- or
 two-line addition to your packaging scripts--assuming you use packaging
 scripts and don't waste precious developer time doing such repetitive and
 error-prone tasks manually. On the user's end, having to manually download
 and hand-verify the keyring .deb for every new installation of Ubuntu
 greatly diminishes the usefulness of this package.
