New description:

 It would be nice to formalize the contact details of relay and bridge
 descriptors to be able to include the twitter handle of the operator.

 When browsing for the relay on Atlas we could display the twitter stream
 of the bridge operator.

 Steven had a possibly related idea: people add a special token like `"<fb-
 token:5sr_k_zs2wm=>"` to their contact line to prove that they're actually
 running that relay, and then their Facebook page shows details about their
 relay(s).

 (Note that I removed the part from the ticket description where you
 suggest to include support for twitter in Tor Weather and moved that idea
 to its own ticket #10372.)
