 Hey, please make another release of flashproxy.

 This is so I can cut an upstream release for the Debian "original source
 tarball", to base the rest of my packaging on top of. Any commit north of
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/flashproxy.git/commit/91282e4c 91282e4c]
 ("update Changelog") would be suitable for this purpose.
