 Although the location moved in Firefox 24 to a temporary folder there
 seems no obvious way to keep a cache in RAM (which might be understandable
 given the scarce RAM capacity compared to disc capacity). If we don't want
 to bind this cache to RAM we might try disabling the cache with 'media
 .cache-size' set to '0'.
