 You seem to have set incompatible ReachableAddresses and bridges lines.

 Also, I don't know what that .onion site is but "I can't reach some
 website that somebody set up" isn't a useful trac ticket.

 I suggest the helpdesk is you can't get your Tor working:
 https://www.torproject.org/about/contact#support
 but if you can get to some hidden services and not others, this is not a
 Tor bug.
