 I found universal way of specifying priority class for processes with
 given name.

 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image
 File Execution Options\WorldOfTanks.exe\PerfOptions]
 "CpuPriorityClass"=dword:<value>

 This makes updating tor code unneeded.
