 Let's debug this. Open the `Error Console` (`Tools` > `Error Console` or
 `Ctrl`+`Shift`+ `J`) and then paste and run this:

 alert(prefs.getIntPref("extensions.enigmail.saveEncrypted"));
 }}}

 (This outputs the value of the `saveEncrypted` Engimail preference)
