 What does Micah think about this? Our ldap accounts are generally people,
 not roles, so if Micah wants to continue being a committer on https-
 everywhere, and ya'll're ok with that, that seems the best choice.

 The alternative would be for Micah to say "please take away that
 permission", or, as a distant third, for you to say "help I don't think
 Micah should have that permission anymore please remove it".

 In any case, you've just performed the cardinal sin of making a ticket
 about topic A and then sneaking topic B into the body of the ticket. :)
