 We could also include RequestPolicy but leave it disabled until the user
 selects "High Security", though this will be complicated because by
 default its UI will be present and users will likely tweak it under lower
 security modes (which will cause the interaction problems with the slider
 that brade pointed out and cause most people to end up in the 'custom'
 position).
