 I was just going through the instructions on how to get set up with Tor,
 found here:

 It has:
   80 Let's mess around with the repository a bit.
   81
   82 -----
   83 % git status
   84 # On branch master
   85 nothing to commit (working directory clean)
   86 -----


 Until I first "cd"ed into the created "tor" directory, when I tried
 running "git status", I received the error:

 fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

 In the attached patch I added a new line:

 % cd PROJECT
