 This ticket should document what remains to be done to deploy the
 [http://www.cs.kau.se/philwint/scramblesuit/ ScrambleSuit] pluggable
 transport protocol.

  * https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/8979
  * ScrambleSuit needs to learn Tor's data directory since it writes
 persistent data to disk. This boils down to slightly modifying pyptlib and
 obfsproxy.
  * Somebody needs to have a look at the source code. So far, I'm the only
 one familiar with it.
  * The implementation must be tested on Windows and Mac.
  * If all of the above is done, we can create a pluggable TBB with a hard-
 coded ScrambleSuit bridge for testing.
