 .de/.fr/.nl with ruleset disabled:
 http://lenovo.de redirects to
 http://www.lenovo.com/de redirects to
 http://www.lenovo.com:80/de/ redirects to
 http://www.lenovo.com/de/de/

 With ruleset enabled it ends up trying https on port 80 (Lenovo themselves
 send a "Location: https://www.lenovo.com:80/de/"), which doesn't work of
 course.
 However, when I remove the :80 and try https://www.lenovo.com/de/ (note
 the trailing slash), I get a 403.

 I also tried lenovo.at, there they don't use the :80 but it still fails
 with the mentioned 403.
