 I updated https://blog.torproject.org/blog/new-pluggable-transports-
 bundles-02411-alpha-flashproxy-obfsproxy with the 2.4.11-alpha-2 bundles
 (which are really built on the 2.4.11-alpha-1 TBB; see #8644 which
 addresses this confusion in the future).
