 This goes back to this bug report I filed;

 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/5433

 TBB - 2.2.39-1, Vidalia does not retain the GTK theme when you click on
 the 'Settings' - 'Appearance' and put it on GTK+ then restart Vidalia, it
 will constantly revert back and use Cleanlooks
 and this should not be happening, it should stay on GTK+ and use the GTK+
 theme you want but it won't...

 However the browser will start with the theme, but again Vidalia will
 not... :(

 I'm attaching screen shots;

 Vidalia_1.jpg = TBB when first starting showing Cleanlooks...

 Vidalia_2.jpg = 'Settings' - 'Appearance' shown after TBB has started and
 on Cleanlooks
