 These changes look fine.

 As for how we might add more Wxx values, I am not sure. IIRC, making them
 sorted made it easier to reuse most of the existing consensus parameter
 code for dealing with them? It certainly simplified something I was doing,
 at any rate.. If you have a new value in mind I can go digging to refresh
 my memory.
