 I could create and maintain a tb startup script pack, I mean, the "source
 code" (really only very few minimal easy changes) is already ready. There
 are some open questions regarding the details.

 What should I use as repository name?

 I could create a github repository. I could add also add a tpo git remote.

 Who reviews and uploads them package to torproject.org?
