#6817: Feature: Allow Tor to use hosts like file (I2P addressbook like
functionality) to translate sitenames into actual onion id

I just recently used I2P, and they have an addressbook feature which
allows you to subscribe to several URL's (hidden or web), and these are
basically services where people that want their sites to be found under a
regular ID (sitename.i2p) post their site up (like to a search engine
directory) and it gets included in the list (the list is like a hosts file
list, only it's used internally in the program for DNS resolution). It
basically translates "sitename.i2p" to the random hash
asdfkj1234123adf.b32.i2p (I2P's version of random characters for going to
hidden services) like a hosts file (but without using the actual system
hosts file).
I was thinking, it would make Tor a lot more user friendly (and popular),
for those sites that do want to be found, if we allowed this type of
functionality. We would be able to use names such as "myforum.onion", and
the like.
