 How about we integrate [http://tigerpa.ws/tor_metrics/ Walter Kim's
 metrics graphs] into Atlas?  The data for those graphs comes as JSON
 documents from the metrics website, so Atlas wouldn't have to do any
 complex data processing for that.  Walter's code is
