 `quiet_lib_versions` looks like this:
 {{{[notice] Tor v0.2.4.0-alpha-dev (git-96637771846351be) running on Linux
 with Libevent 2.0.19-stable and OpenSSL 1.0.1c 10 May 2012}}}

 The OpenSSL string is a bit verbose. The date on its end might confuse
 people into thinking that it's the date that Tor was released or
 something. Maybe we should enclose that message into quotes (and also the
 libevent message)?

 Also, maybe add a period in the end of the log message.
