Comment:

 As follow your advises, I updated MinGW64.2.patch , detect _vscprintf()
 and pid_t in autoconf .
 I also updated src/common/procmon.c in Werror.2.patch .
 And tested on Linux_x86_64 MinGW64 OpenBSD_5.1_amd64 .
