Comment:

 The 3.0 "CBS" ruleset was really a Last.fm ruleset.  In 4.0 there is a
 real CBS ruleset ''and'' a Last.fm ruleset.  In both cases, the Last.fm
 stuff breaks streaming, so I'm disabling it.
