 For the purpose of censorship detection it is useful to have a virtualized
 environment under which we can run the tests and verify that they are
 functioning properly.

 Some ideas of things that would be useful to have be emulated by the test
 lab:

   * A transparent HTTP proxy (based on squid)
   * NAT traversal
   * HTTP proxy blocking certain sites
   * DNS based censorship
