 The other two simulations finished far faster than expected, but it looks
 like there were massive problems with finishing downloads.  I'm attaching
 the
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/4486/n23-4-combined.pdf
 PDF output] as usual.  I also looked at
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/4486/task4486-mem-2012-10-09.png
 overall memory usage] to see if there was a drop indicating that processes
 died, but memory usage looks okay.  Then I plotted log messages indicating
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/4486/task4486-dl-2012-10-09.png
 completed downloads] which shows that far fewer downloads were completed,
 especially in the third case.  I didn't find any unusual warnings or
 errors in the logs.
