You can run it with default config as a baseline (UseN23 defaults to 0).

If you're using Tor 0.2.4.x, you'll need the following Shadow fix, which
didn't make it into the default release 1.6.0 that's part of the current
EC2 image:

The easiest way to get that is to just use Shadow master.
