Comment:

 Done. Translations can be found in git.torproject.org/translation.git,
 branches:

  * torbirdy
  * torbirdy_completed

 I was unable to include 'es' translations, the reply from the Transifex
 client was: Exception: Remote server replied: Error uploading file: 'utf8'
 codec can't decode byte 0xf3 in position 49: invalid continuation byte.
