 aagbsn in #tor just asked if an animated gif might work. I've never tried
 one in XUL. I assume it would. If not, I guess we could animate it with
 XUL JS... I suppose we could have the up arrow start low and move
 vertically upwards in a loop. That would be hard to ignore.
