 Akamai has updated their delivery hostnames for their video platform. The
 following hostnames should all be bypassed to prevent playback errors:

 *-f.akamaihd.net
 *-s.akamaihd.net
 *-lh.akamaihd.net
 *-vh.akamaihd.net
