 Hi directory authority operators. As mentioned on irc yesterday I need an
 example or two of AUTHDIR_NEWDESCS events for stem's unit tests (... and
 also to figure out how I should approach parsing them - #7533).

 Would an authority operator mind providing me with a couple examples of
 AUTHDIR_NEWDESCS from their authority? Ideally it would be nice to have an
 example of the ACCEPTED, DROPPED, and REJECTED actions for the unit tests,
 though not important.

 PS. Sorry about the vague component assignment. We don't have one
 specifically for the authority operators...
